Ronald L. Holt is among the nation's leading scholars on the history of the Paiute People. He has contributed to numerous publications, including the section on The Utah Paiutes in the Encyclopedia of Utah History . Holt was awarded his Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and History from Texas Tech University during 1974. Two years later, he earned a Master of Arts with honors in Anthropology.
